SPECIAL "MAKE-UP" INFORMATION
Do you have a narrow or wide foot? Island Sandals can now help you get the sandals you previously could only 'wish' to own.
For the first time we are now able to offer you NARROW and WIDE widths on most Island Sandals, in both MEN's and WOMEN's styles and sizes. These are not, and will not be, available in stores. This offer is extended to our Internet customers ONLY, and only through our own web site or by calling our toll free number (888-579-4771).
As you browse around the web site you will notice that all sandals come in medium and some sandals are shown to be available in wide. Any of these sandals can be ordered normally and without restriction. And they can be returned for exchange or refund, in accordance with our warranty and refund policies.
The 'special make-up' offer discussed here is for all the sandals that are shown to only be available in one (medium) width. On those sandals you can now order them in narrow or wide (in most cases) even though they are not shown to be available in narrow or wide. So, just to be clear, even if the web site does not show that the sandal comes in narrow or wide, we will make it for you on special request. However, because these are 'special orders' and special "make-ups", there are a few restrictions and conditions.
RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIAL MAKE-UP ORDERS:
- There will be a $2.00 per pair extra charge for this service. But for
all of you who have a difficult time finding sandals that fit we think you will
agree, this is money well spent and well worth it.
- The 'special request', "special make-up", narrow and wide width sandals are
NOT returnable. So you need to be SURE you know what you want and what you
are ordering.
- When you order a "special make-up" sandal please type or paste the
following phrase in the comment section of the order form you are using so
we know you have read and understand the restrictions and conditions on ordering
these sandals:
"I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE POLICIES WITH REGARD TO ORDERING 'SPECIAL MAKE-UP' SANDALS IN NARROW AND WIDE, THAT THERE IS AN EXTRA $2.00 PER PAIR CHARGE AND THAT THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED."
We think this is exciting and welcome news to so many of you who have asked for years why you can't buy these great sandals in narrow (or wide in some cases).
Well......now you can.
