Policy information
- We are pleased to accept returns (within 30 days) on shoes which are in the original box, unworn, and in new condition. We are happy to refund your money, or issue credit, on these items. We do NOT refund worn, defective or damaged merchandise. However, these items might be exchanged, at the discretion of the company, after inspection. Please call, in advance, if you have questions about any policy, or need to make a return. NEVER return the product back to the address on the package. NEVER return any product before calling for authorization first.
- Shipping costs and charges are always paid by the customer. Shipping costs on returns, or exchanges, regardless of the reason, must be paid by the customer. We do not issue "call tags" or pick up merchandise from a customers location. The customer is responsible to see that the item is returned properly and safely. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
- Before making any return, please call in advance to obtain authorization, as well as clarify the address and location to send your return. We are not responsible for misdirected, or lost, returns.
Shipping times
- We make every effort to process your orders quickly and accurately. However, we cannot be responsible for delivery times, other than the guarantees made by the carrier. Shipments are made by mail and do not have a guaranteed date of delivery. Since these sandals are "made to order", delivery time can sometimes be as long as 3 or 4 weeks. If you need your purchase to arrive on, or by, a specific date, please (before placing any order) verify the time table to be sure it can be done.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are able to process orders for, and ship packages to, international destinations, including APO addresses. We generally ship by Priority Mail because of the much lower price. By requesting, and completing, any order the customer agrees to the following conditions. 1. The customer is responsible for any customs charges due upon arrival. 2. The customer is responsible to see that we are given the exact address, as it should appear on the label, and that delivery is possible at that address. 3. Shipping costs are not refundable for any reason, including loss. 4. If the package is refused, or returned to us for any reason, the shipping costs are not refundable. 5. The Postal Systems in some countries are not as reliable as in the U.S. If a package should become lost, mis-directed, or stolen, we will make every effort to trace the package and recover the cost of the item. The customer will be required to wait for this process to be completed. 6. In the unlikely event that the customer claims not to have received the package, yet the Post Office claims it was delivered and refuses to issue a refund, we are not able to credit money back to the customers card, or ship new product. This risk must be bore by the customer. Now, having said all that, there is no reason to be overly concerned in placing an order to ship to a foreign country. We have had NO lost packages at all going back several years. You are much more likely to get hit by lightning than have a package lost that we send to you.
